Consent to Receive SMS Messages

By entering your phone number on snowalert.xyz and clicking “Get snow game alerts”, you expressly consent to receive recurring automated SMS text messages from SnowAlert (operated by Telstar Capital LLC) at the phone number you provide. These messages will notify you when professional or college football and soccer games are being played in snowy conditions.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies. You will receive a confirmation message when you subscribe and alerts when snow games are detected. During offseason months you may not receive any messages. During peak season you may receive several messages per week.

Message & Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. SnowAlert does not charge for the service itself.

Consent Not Required for Purchase

Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of any purchase. SnowAlert is a free service.

Opt-Out

You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message from SnowAlert. You will receive a one-time confirmation that you have been unsubscribed. After opting out, you will no longer receive messages unless you re-subscribe.

Supported Carriers

SnowAlert supports messaging to US mobile numbers on all major carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
