SnowAlert is operated by Telstar Capital LLC. When we say “we,” “us,” or “our,” we mean Telstar Capital LLC. When we say “Service,” we mean the SnowAlert website and SMS notification service available at snowalert.xyz.

What We Collect

We keep data collection to a minimum. When you subscribe to SnowAlert, we collect:

• Your phone number — so we can send you snow game alerts via SMS.

That's it. We do not collect your name, email address, location, or any other personal information.

How We Use Your Phone Number

Your phone number is used exclusively to:

• Send you a confirmation text when you subscribe.
• Send you SMS alerts when a snow game is happening in the NFL, NCAA Football, English Premier League, or MLS.

We will never use your phone number for marketing, sell it to third parties, or share it with anyone.

Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate SnowAlert:

• Twilio — to send and receive SMS messages. Your phone number is shared with Twilio for this purpose. See Twilio's Privacy Policy.
• Supabase — to store your phone number and subscription status. See Supabase's Privacy Policy.
• Vercel — to host the website. See Vercel's Privacy Policy.
• Open-Meteo — for weather data. No personal data is shared with Open-Meteo.
• API-Sports — for game schedules. No personal data is shared with API-Sports.

Data Retention

Your phone number is stored for as long as you are subscribed. If you unsubscribe by replying STOP to any message, your status is updated to inactive. You may request complete deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.

Opting Out

You can unsubscribe at any time by replying STOP to any SnowAlert text message. You can re-subscribe by replying START or by signing up again on our website.

Cookies & Tracking

SnowAlert does not use cookies, analytics trackers, or any other tracking technology on this website.

Children's Privacy

SnowAlert is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with their phone number, please contact us so we can remove it.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make significant changes, we will notify subscribers via SMS. The “last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
